PREPARATION

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions provided on the package, and set them aside. 
  2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until thoroughly mixed. Set aside. 
  3. Heat oil over medium- high heat in a large skillet. Once the oil is hot, sear the Redefine Flank Steak on all sides for approx. 2 minutes per side, until a rich brown color forms. After searing, thinly slice the steak with the grain and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes. 
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, and cook for about 1 minute until they release their fragrances. 
  5. Pour the soy sauce mixture into the skillet, bringing it to a simmer. Allow it to cook for 3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. 
  6. Pour the cooked noodles to the skillet, ensuring they are evenly coated with the sauce. 
  7. Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the dish before serving.
