1 cup (125 g) green beans, trimmed
2 medium (280 g) potatoes, quartered
1/3 cup (70 g) olive oil
Salt and coarsely ground pepper, to taste
2 large egg yolks*
1 clove of garlic, finely grated
2 tbsps. (30 ml) lemon juice
2 tbsps. (7 g) fresh dill, chopped
1 ½ cups (320 g) olive oil
Pinch of salt
*To make the recipe vegan, replace the egg yolks with ¾ cup (175 ml) unsweetened soy milk.
