Remove from freezer to 4°C fridge 8 hours before cooking. Once thawed, use within 48h.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Season each Flank Steak with 1 table spoon of oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place it in the oven and roast for about 12 min.
In a pan, heat up 1 tablespoon of oil over medium to high heat.
Add the Flank Steak to the pan and sear for 3 minutes on every side (12 minutes in total).
The product must be thoroughly heated until it has reached a core temperature of at least 72°C before consumption.
Turn on the Air Fryer and set the temperature to 200°C. Add the Flank Steak and sear it for 8 minutes.
