Pasta & Pulled Beef Casserole

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and set aside. 
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 
  3. While the oven is heating, heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the Redefine Pulled Beef to the pan and fry for 5 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally. 
  4. Add the tomato sauce to the pulled beef and mix well. 
  5. Add the peas and carrots to the pan and stir. Season with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. 
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir well. 
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased rectangular baking dish (about 20×30 cm) and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. 
  8. Place in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is slightly browned. Serve warm and enjoy your meal!
