Prepare the tahini sauce. Whisk the raw tahini, water and lemon juicein a bowl or with a food processor or blender. Taste and season with salt. If the sauce is too thick, thin with additional water or lemon juice. Chill, until ready to use.
Prepare the Shawarma. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat. When the oil is shimmering, add the sliced onions and cook until they color and are golden.
Add the Redefine Pulled Beef and stir-fryfor 8 minutes, until the new-meat has browned. You may use the cooking instructions found on the product packaging as a guide.
Add the curry powder, salt and pepper to the new-meat in the wok. Stir-fry for another minute.
Remove the new-meat from the heat and serve, accompanied by tahini sauce.
