PREPARATION

  1. Toast the Baguette. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Cut the baguette into 2 cm slices. Place them on an oven tray and toast for about 5 minutes. Set aside.
  2.  Prepare the Tomato-Basil Salad. Dice the tomatoes, mince the garlic, and chop the basil leaves. Mix them in a bowl with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt. Set
  3. Cook the Redefine Flank Steak. Heat 2 tbsps. oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak in the hot pan for approximately 3 minutes per side until a caramelized crust forms. Slice the steak into 1 cm thick pieces and sear again until thoroughly cooked.
  4. Assemble the Bruschetta. Spread tartar sauce on the toasted baguette slices. Place the desired amount of Redefine Flank steak on top, followed by the tomato-basil salad. Drizzle with balsamic reduction for extra flavor. Serve with extra tartar sauce on the side for dipping.

1/2 cup (100 g) Tartar sauce*

2 tbsps. (26 g) Balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

*To make this recipe vegan, substitute the Tarar sauce with vegan mayonnaise.
