PREPARATION

  1. Heat a grill pan to medium-high heat and cook the flatbreads for 1 minute on each side.
  2. Char the Vegetables. Cut the tomato and onion in half. Heat the grill pan to high heat and char the tomato, onion, and green chili for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Flank Skewers. Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil with minced garlic and spices to form a smooth paste. Cut the Redefine Flank Steak into 12 equal cubes. Thread the cubes onto 4 skewers and brush with the spice mix.
  4. Heat the grill pan to medium-high heat and cook the skewers for 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Assemble the dish. Serve the skewers on the flatbread with the grilled vegetables. Optionally, add yogurt or tahini sauce on top.
