About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced same as above- needs to be with the full title name Campaign Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for every aspect of campaign execution, from strategic planning to performance analysis, ensuring that our brand reaches the right audience at the right time through the most effective platforms. Maybe also add optimization and working with optimization tools



Your challenge

  • Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies for different countries, segments, and channels. Identify the most effective platforms and channels to reach our target audience and allocate media budgets accordingly.
  • Manage campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok platforms. Oversee the launch and management of all campaign elements, including creative assets, video content, and other promotional materials. Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make adjustments as needed.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics such as website traffic, conversions, and cost-per-action (CPA). Utilize insights from analytics to optimize campaigns and improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Prepare detailed post-campaign reports and generate insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on these learnings.
  • Manage and execute media buying activities across key platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Google. Work closely with media vendors to negotiate the best rates and secure optimal placements.
  • Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure that campaigns are integrated and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

What you'll need

  •  3+ years of experience in campaign management with a strong focus on PPC and media performance in various platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Working efficiently with different stakeholders within the company and vendors.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry – a plus. 
  • Experience in creating and optimizing marketing funnels.
  • High level of English with excellent communication skills
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in media buying across different platforms - a plus.
  • Experience in working in fast-paced with a lot of balls in the air and ever-changing environment.
  • Analytic mind-set & Fast learning abilities
