Customer Bookkeeper

Your challenge
- Approve and activate new customer accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Issue invoices accurately and on time, and manage collections to ensure timely payments.
- Perform customer and bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Record daily financial transactions and ensure timely posting.
- Prepare and submit required reports to authorities.
- Support the monthly closing process and assist with annual audit preparations.
What you'll need
- Bookkeeping certificate Levels 1 & 2 – Mandatory
- Full-time availability – Mandatory
- At least three years of proven bookkeeping experience – Mandatory
- Experience in working with global companies
- Bookkeeping certificate Level 3 – Advantage
- Familiarity with SAP system – Advantage
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
- Strong customer and supplier service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
